Job summary
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Newark, Delaware. The role supports school-based therapy, conducts assessments, implements treatment plans under supervision, and collaborates with teachers and parents to support student communication goals.
The position offers hourly pay from $35+, guaranteed hours, full-time hours, and weekly direct deposit. A DE SLPA license and ASHA certificate are required, along with a bachelor's degree in Speech-Language
Qualifications
- Valid DE SLPA license and ASHA certificate.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Experience with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SLPs to implement therapy programs for students.
- Assist in conducting assessments and document progress.
- Provide therapy services to students individually and in groups.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other staff for IEPs.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress.
