Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for a full-time role in Newark, Delaware. The position starts August 2026 and offers hourly pay starting at $35+, depending on experience, with guaranteed hours and direct deposit.

The ideal candidate will support SLPs, conduct assessments under supervision, and document progress; experience with school-aged children and DE SLPA license/ASHA certification preferred; collaboration with teachers and parents is essential.

Qualifications

• DE SLPA license and ASHA certificate required.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy programs for students.
• Work with individuals or small groups to address communication goals.
• Provide support in assessment and documentation of students' progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
