Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role. The selected candidate will evaluate students and deliver and document therapy per individualized care plans and physician orders.

Requirements include active state licensure as an SLP; CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state or contract. Additional certifications such as CPR, TB screening, and health certificate may be needed.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• Must meet federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care and physician orders.
