Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract–full time position in Wyomissing, PA. The SLP will evaluate students and deliver/record therapy services per care plans and physician orders in a school setting.

Requirements include active state licensure, CCC-SLP preferred, CPR if applicable, and health certifications; compliance with all regulations is mandatory. Position is on-site with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and document therapy services.
• Provide and document therapy per plan of care and physician orders.
