Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support students for the upcoming full school year in California.

In this full-time contract role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, develop IEPs with teachers and families, and provide direct and consultative services within the school. Join a collaborative team and access professional development and strong support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure before start.
• Prior school-based experience or strong interest in K-12.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and implement IEPs.
• Commitment to fostering student growth and building relationships with students, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders for students.
• Develop, monitor, and update IEPs with teachers and parents.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy within the school setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and services.
• Collaborate with teams to support skills generalization in classrooms.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and share best practices.
• Educate teachers and families to improve communication outcomes.
