Job summary

Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) seeks a Technology Integration Liaison to support embedding technology into curricula and classrooms. You will act as a bridge between schools and district technology resources, coordinating efforts across departments.

The role requires strong English communication, ability to follow written instructions, and collaboration with teachers and IT staff. Effective: 2026-2027 school year; 1.0 FTE, 8 hours/day; 9.5 month calendar; benefits apply to 30+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years computer operations or related experience, including one year in a school or related environment.
• Associate’s degree or 60 credits completed, or AZ Dept. of Education-approved Academic Assessment Test.
• Copy of diploma, transcript or test results must be submitted at hire.
• Verbal & written English communication and ability to read and comprehend written/graphic instructions.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Two years computer operations or related experience which includes one year working in a school or related computer environment.
• Associate’s (or higher) degree or completion of two years (60 Semester-Hour credits) of study at an institution of higher education OR Completion of an AZ Department of Education-approved Academic Assessment Test.
• Copy of diploma, transcript or test results must be submitted at time of hire.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

Requirements Prior To Start Date

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Location: Teenage Parent High School - Broadway and Plumer Ave Area

Classification: White Collar

FTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per day

Work Calendar: 9.5 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.

Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
