Reevy Hill Primary School, part of the Leading Learners Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a proactive Site Manager to join the team. Working with the Headteacher and SLT, you will help maintain the school site, oversee security, and support the safety and comfort of staff and pupils throughout the year.

The role requires a flexible approach, initiative, and strong communication. Visits to the school are welcome by appointment. Closing date: 9 November 2026; Interviews: W/C 16 November 2026.

• Undertake a variety of duties relating to maintenance of the buildings and grounds
• Be responsible for, and promote, the health and safety of all staff, pupils and visitors
• Maintain the security of the premises, working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
• Have a flexible approach and the ability to use their initiative
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have a strong work ethic
• Is an excellent team player with a positive outlook and a good sense of humour.
