Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel contract in Mora, New Mexico. The position is for 42 weeks, 30 hours per week, with a daily shift of 7.5 hours, in a school services setting.

Must hold SLP-CCC and CPR, with current state licensure or in process. The role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a plan of care, providing skilled speech therapy services per physician orders, and achieving goals for communication

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• 8am - 4pm schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP.
• Current CPR certification.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so that the patient can fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
