Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Sycamore, Illinois to hire Physical Therapists. School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $45.05 - $48.50 per hour
• 34-week contracts
• $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results

• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
