Supplemental Health Care is seeking a local contract School Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This role supports students in a school setting under the supervision of the district’s therapy team.

The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a pay range of $41.30–$44.45 per hour. Candidates should have a Georgia Physical Therapist License and BLS certification; pediatric-school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
