AHS Staffing is seeking a School Services BCBA for a local contract in Tacoma, Washington. The role is school-based, full-time, and involves 35.5 hours per week with a weekly schedule of Monday–Friday. The position requires BCBA certification, FBAs, and ABA-based interventions, with duties including supervision of RBTs and collaboration with IEP teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Experience developing ABA-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design ABA-based programs targeting communication, adaptive, behavioral, and social-emotional skills.
• Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior support staff.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, families, and other IEP team members.
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and district policies.
