AHS Staffing is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Lakewood, Washington assignment. Position: BCBA, School-Based setting, 41 weeks, 35.5 hours weekly, start ASAP, end date June 17, 2027. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, with 8-hour days.

Pay ranges from $68 to $78 per hour. Active BCBA certification required; experience with FBAs and ABA interventions; strong communication and collaboration skills essential for teamwork with students, families, and school

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing ABA-based interventions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design ABA-based programs targeting communication, adaptive, behavioral, and social-emotional skills.
• Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior support staff.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, families, and IEP team members.
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical standards and district policies.
