Allied Universal in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Records. You will serve and safeguard clients across government education settings, conducting patrols, maintaining visibility, and delivering outstanding customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

This role requires reliability, strong communication and teamwork; you will use digital records and monitor access points to deter incidents, document observations, and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required and results considered under applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and school community members by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per established procedures and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow school procedures while notifying contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, facilities, and perimeters.
• Document observations and communicate information to school personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
