Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Security-related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standard security procedures and best practices.
• Experience with emergency response and incident reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Patrol hallways, stairwells, restrooms, outdoor areas to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor traffic flow and assist with on-time arrival to classes and locations.
• Assist with student supervision during breakfast, lunch, and arrival/dismissal.
• Respond to emergencies and notify building administration, police or other authorities as needed.
• Participate in fire drills and emergency evacuations.
• Escort visitors and verify proper identification.
• Report unauthorized or suspicious persons or activities promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or administrators.
