Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in work involving welfare and safety of students or others, preferably in an educational environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures/practices and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening visitor access to school facilities.
• Maintain student class attendance records and security operations.
• Respond to incidents under supervision of security team leader.
• Communicate effectively with students and staff; follow school security policies.
• Wear the designated security uniforms as required by administration.
