Soliant is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 nursing and healthcare support for students in a Minnesota school setting. The role focuses on meeting each child’s medical plans, administering medications, and monitoring daily health while collaborating with teachers and families to support academic and social success.

This contract position offers a dynamic, student-centered environment with opportunities to participate in IEP meetings and respond to health incidents promptly.

Qualificações

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing; 1:1 care preferred.
• Ability to care for students across grade levels.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 nursing and healthcare support tailored to individual students’ medical plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor daily health concerns.
• Document care provided in accordance with school protocols.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students’ educational goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed for students with specialized care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or health incidents.
