Action Behavior Centers is hiring for ABC Academy in Round Rock, TX. You will support children aged 5 to 12 during ABA therapy, helping them build communication, social, and independent living skills through structured play and evidence-based plans.

You will receive training to obtain RBT certification, work in a collaborative team, and enjoy guaranteed full-time hours with ongoing growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Pay (determined By Education And ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20-$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22-$27 per hour
• Fun Fact: You’ll receive your first raise after earning your RBT certification!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work one-on-one with children aged 5 to 12 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space
• Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth

Job Requirements

• Lift up to 30lbs
• Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
• Get on and off the floor frequently
• Maintain an active pace throughout the day
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of team; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic if that center is experiencing a need for coverage
