Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Austin is seeking dedicated staff to support children aged 5–12 with ABA therapy. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help kids build communication and social skills.

Role requires a Bachelor's Degree; RBT certification will be provided via paid training, with raises as progress is made. This is a full-time, on-site position at 13581 Pond Springs Rd, Austin, TX.

In the ABC Academy program, you’ll help children ages 5–12 succeed by providing support alongside their school experience.

• Make a difference every day by working hands-on with children with autism to build communication, social, and independent living skills through ABA therapy. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a supportive team, and receive training to earn your RBT certification.
• Schedule: 12:00 pm-6:30 pm Mon-Fri, 9 am-12 pm every other Saturday
• Position is full-time
• Location: 13581 Pond Springs Road, Suite 120, Austin, TX 78729
• Start Date: Immediate openings available!
• Experience that’s a PLUS (but not required): Childcare: nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor. Mental Health Roles: QMHP, behavioral health technicians. Camp Counselors, Paraprofessionals, Caregivers, Life Skill Assistants, SPED teachers

Pay (determined By Education And ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20–$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22–$27 per hour

Job Requirements

• Lift up to 30lbs
• Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
• Get on and off the floor frequently
• Maintain an active pace throughout the day
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of team; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic if that center is experiencing a need for coverage
