Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking dedicated staff to support children aged 5–12 through ABA therapy in the ABC Academy program. You will work one-on-one, implement treatment plans, and stay actively engaged with kids during sessions, while collaborating with a supportive team and advancing toward RBT certification.

Position is full-time in Georgetown, TX with a schedule that includes weekdays and alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Job Description

In the ABC Academy program, you'll help children ages 5–12 succeed by providing support alongside their school experience.

• Make a difference every day by working hands-on with children with autism to build communication, social, and independent living skills through ABA therapy. You'll implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a supportive team, and receive training to earn your RBT certification.


• Schedule: 12:00 pm-6:30 pm Mon-Fri, 9 am-12 pm every other Saturday


• Position is full-time


• Location: 101 Cooperative Way Suite 605 Georgetown TX 78626


• Start Date: Immediate openings available!


• Experience that’s a PLUS (but not required): Childcare: nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor. Mental Health Roles: QMHP, behavioral health technicians. Camp Counselors, Paraprofessionals, Caregivers, Life Skill Assistants, SPED teachers

Please note, this role requires a Bachelor's Degree.

Pay (determined By Education And ABA Experience)

• Bachelor's Degree: $20-$25.50 per hour


• Master's Degree: $22-$27 per hour
