Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students in a school setting. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and deliver mobility-focused interventions to foster developmental growth.

You will collaborate with staff, families, and other therapists, monitor progress, and document outcomes while working 37.5 hours per week in a supportive educational environment with health benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license; willingness to obtain state licensure.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities
