Job summary

WAYNE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC SCHOOLS in Wayne, New Jersey is seeking a School Psychologist to join the Child Study Team. The candidate will conduct psychological evaluations, develop IEPs, provide counseling and consultation, and collaborate with staff to determine eligibility and services, in accordance with NJ regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• NJ School Psychologist endorsement required.
• Experience with evaluation, counseling and consultation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes psychological evaluations to determine cognitive, behavioral and social-emotional functioning.
• Develops and monitors Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
• Provides consultation to staff and parents on student behavioral and emotional needs.
