ProCare Therapy in Spokane, WA is seeking a School Psychologist for a contracted term from August 26, 2026 to June 17, 2027, working a 35-hour week in a stable campus setting.

You will conduct 50-60 psychoeducational evaluations annually, coordinate formal assessments, develop BIPs, AIPs, FBAs, and apply ABA/DTT-based strategies, collaborating closely with teachers, admins, and families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Valid ESA certification in School Psychology within Washington state.
• Experience in public schools or educational settings.
• Fingerprint background check completed.

Job description

Youll make a direct impact on student learning and well-being assigned to either an elementary or high school for the entirety of the academic year. Qualifications:

• Valid ESA certification in School Psychology within Washington state
• Background in educational settings, ideally as a School Psychologist or in a similar role within public schools
• Successful completion of a fingerprint background check
• Experience implementing BIPs, AIPs, conducting FBAs, and using ABA and Discrete Trial Training highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as assessment coordinator, completing approximately 50-60 evaluations annually
• Coordinate and conduct formal psychoeducational assessments and prepare comprehensive reports for the special education team
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), Academic Intervention Plans (AIPs), and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Apply data-driven instructional strategies based on ABA and Discrete Trial Teaching principles
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
