Job summary

ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a Washington public school district to hire a School Psychologist to support K–12 students. The role involves psycho-educational assessments, eligibility determinations, and collaboration with district and building teams.

This is a full-time, school-year contract offering $80–$90 per hour (DOE), weekly direct deposit, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, credentialing and onboarding assistance,

Qualifications

  • Valid Washington ESA Certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and eligibility processes.
  • Experience with assessment, data collection, and interpretation.
  • Experience implementing behavior intervention systems.
  • Working knowledge of MTSS and SEL best practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations
  • Interpret assessment results and lead eligibility determinations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs, PBIPs, and ERPs
  • Participate in and facilitate multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
  • Provide direct intervention and consultation for behavioral, social, and emotional needs
  • Support MTSS and SEL frameworks
  • Provide classroom consultation and behavior support
  • Assist with Child Find activities

Position Overview
ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a Washington public school district to hire a School Psychologist to support students across K–12 settings. This role reports to the Executive Director of Special Services and supports students’ psycho-educational development, academic functioning, and social-emotional needs.

The School Psychologist will collaborate closely with district and building teams to support assessment, intervention, eligibility determination, and special education programming.

Compensation

$80–$90 per hour (DOE)

Full-time school-year contract

Key Responsibilities
