Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a full-time School Psychologist for the Bremerton, Washington area for the 2026-2027 school year. You will deliver high-quality psychological services to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive outcomes in a safe, inclusive learning environment and participate in IEP/504 planning, MTSS/RTI, and crisis response as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Washington certification or license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong background in psychological testing, behavior management, and educational consultation.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and other relevant state/federal education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
• Interpret evaluation data and present findings to teachers, administrators, and families.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
• Provide consultation and support to school teams on intervention strategies and classroom accommodations.
• Engage in the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes.
• Deliver short-term counseling or behavioral support services as needed.
• Assist in crisis response and prevention initiatives.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.
