Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a School Psychologist for a full-time opportunity in the Phoenix, AZ area. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking a consistent schedule and a team-oriented environment.
In this role, you'll support students with social/emotional and behavioral needs skills that impact both classroom performance and daily interactions. You'll work closely with school teams to support student success through targeted interventions.
Providing counseling services to students and their parents.
Participate in a multi-tiered system of support for students with social/emotional and behavioral needs, including participation in inter-disciplinary meetings to evaluate and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of students.
Participating in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.
Collaborate with and coach families and staff, during weekly team meetings and follow-up meetings, to support social and emotional development.
Adhere to federal/state/local procedures for record keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines and procedural safeguards.
Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure compliance with all required meetings and services
