School Psychologist | Part-time | Passaic, NJ 8 hours a week during the school day

We are currently seeking a NJSchool Certified Psychologist for part-time (8-10 hours per week)

Pay is based on services rendered:

• in-person evaluations: $185
• CST Meeting Attendance- Assessment Planning Meetings- $25
• CST Meeting Attendance- Eligibility Meetings- $40

School psychologists work with students in grades K-12, providing psychological evaluations and determining services in accordance with New Jersey state law, IDEA guidelines, and Catapult Learning policy and procedures. Catapult Learning provides all testing materials and supplies. Salary range = $65-70/hr. 1099 position.

Responsibilities

How you’ll be there for students:

Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.

• Consultation and collaboration with school staff, families,and students.
• Participate in an assessmentplan meeting ofstudentsassigned foran initialorre-evaluation.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations that include,butarenot limited to,assessmentsof intellectual, developmental, academic, social/emotional and behavioral status.
• Interpretassessmentresults, createwritten evaluationreport,and submitwritten reporttoalldesignated contactswithin therequiredtimeframe.
• Lead assessment feedback meetings to review assessment results/findings/recommendations with all applicable parties present.
• Maintainstudentcaseload in compliance with state timelines and other state and company guidance.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• ComplywithallCatapult Learningandschool districtpoliciesand procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.
