Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas invites a School Psychologist to assess and address students' psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations, review results with parents and district staff, and collaborate with ARD to design evidence-based interventions.

You’ll provide therapy per IEPs, monitor progress with data, and participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students. We offer flexible scheduling and a mission-driven, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Evaluations: Perform Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine students’ eligibility for specialized services.
• Communicate Findings: Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor Progress: Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for and support students’ needs.
