Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a School Psychologist in Texas to conduct evaluations, interpret results, and collaborate with ARD teams to design targeted interventions.

The role includes providing therapy per IEPs, monitoring progress, and engaging with families to support students’ academic, social, and emotional success. Flexible, mission-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Completed internship in School Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for specialized services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, providing clear guidance.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design evidence-based interventions to support student performance and access to education.
• Provide therapy services as outlined in IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students’ needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.

• Experience:Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.

Your Role:

• Conduct Evaluations: Perform Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine students’ eligibility for specialized services.
• Communicate Findings: Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Provide Therapy:Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor Progress:Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for and support students’ needs.
