Job description

Experience a rewarding role supporting K-12 students growth and well-being in a contract position providing comprehensive school psychology services. Located near the vibrant Saint Paul, MN area, youll collaborate with dedicated educators, students, and families to create positive educational outcomes. Select between two flexible part-time schedules: approximately 25-26 hours each week (3.5 days) or around 18 hours per week (2.5 days), with standard hours from 8am-4pm. One position has potential for future full-time opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent.
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB.
• Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery.
• Strong expertise in evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health supports.
• Familiarity with K-12 student needs (preschool caseload not anticipated).

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or NCSP-eligible status.
• Background in consultation, problem-solving, and intervention within an MTSS framework.
• Leadership with the ability to support adult learners and facilitate professional growth.
• Knowledge of crisis prevention, response, and recovery.
• Experience navigating federal and state special education laws and compliance.
• Previous work in urban, multicultural educational settings.

Compensation:
