Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a School Psychologist to join our school-based services in Cypress, Texas. You will assess learning and behavioral needs, support intervention development, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being and academic success.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in School Psychology, an active TX license, and experience in school-based or pediatric settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state license to practice as a School Psychologist in TX.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Knowledge of assessment and intervention practices aligned with standards.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning and behavioral needs and inform intervention planning.
• Support development of interventions and contribute to inclusive school climates.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ success.
