Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a School Psychologist to assess and address students’ psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations and collaborate with families and districts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active Texas School Psychologist license.
• Internship completed in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine eligibility for services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ IEPs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for and support students’ needs.
