Job summary

Candor invites a compassionate School Psychologist to join a mission-driven team in Texas. You will assess students’ psychological and educational needs, support families, and collaborate with schools to promote well-being while balancing work-life balance.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, reviewing results with parents and district personnel, designing evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee, providing therapy, tracking progress, and supporting colleagues in meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for specialized services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel.
• Design targeted, evidence-based interventions with ARD to improve student performance.
• Deliver therapy services per IEPs.
• Maintain progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
