Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a School Psychologist to assess and address students’ psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations, review results with families and district staff, and design evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee.

You will deliver therapy under IEPs, monitor progress, and advocate for students at ARD meetings, conferences, and related discussions, contributing to equitable access to education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Successful completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Evaluations: Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational to determine eligibility.
• Communicate Findings: Review results with parents and district staff.
• Develop Interventions: Design evidence-based interventions with ARD committee.
• Provide Therapy: Deliver therapy services per IEPs.
• Monitor Progress: Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences.
