Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Minnesota seeks a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year to deliver high-quality psychological services, evaluations, and crisis response. This contract is for a 0.7 FTE with the requirement that one working day is Thursday to participate in essential student support meetings.

The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, supporting students across age ranges and diverse backgrounds, and contributing to a positive school climate.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license.
• Experience with direct psychological services, assessments, and crisis intervention in school settings.
• Understanding of child/adolescent development and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Ability to work with students of varying age groups and diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Flexibility to support multiple school sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive school psychological services, including assessments, consultations, and interventions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans.
• Provide crisis response and support to students, staff, and families as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster student success and a positive school climate.
• Attend required Thursday meetings and contribute to continuous learning.
