Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time School Psychologist to support a K-12 program in Cleveland, TN. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, develop IEP documentation, and collaborate with teachers and families to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

Starting August 2026, the role includes a steady school-year schedule, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology required.
• Valid Tennessee TDOE Certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills. School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
