Responsibilities

• Identify and address learning and behavior problems that interfere with school success.
• Evaluate eligibility for special education services within a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer appropriate individual psychological tests, interpret results, and communicate findings.
• Maintain current testing materials and equipment.
• Provide counseling and mentoring to students with socio-emotional needs as needed.
• Collaborate with general and special education teams to design interventions and monitor progress.
• Maintain confidentiality of students and records.
• Attend staff, professional, and interagency meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
