Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas in Henderson, NV is seeking an in-person School Psychologist. You will evaluate students, interpret data, and support special education determinations within a multi-tiered system of support.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop interventions, crisis response plans, and behavioral supports while ensuring compliance with IDEA and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Specialist-level degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid Nevada School Psychologist License or ability to obtain licensure.
• Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and procedures.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and Nevada special education regulations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning.
• Interpret assessment data and prepare reports to support educational decisions.
• Participate in eligibility determinations for special education and related services.
• Conduct reevaluations and independent educational evaluations as assigned.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to develop interventions.
