Job summary

Memspa in Michigan seeks a full-time school psychologist to provide direct and consultative services across Jackson County. You will work within a large team, receiving supervision while contributing to eligibility decisions, instruction, and interventions.

You will lead collaborations with students, families, teachers, and administrators, and ensure ethical practice in accordance with state rules. Travel between worksites is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in an MDE-approved school psychology certification program (no less than 45 semester credit hours) and a 600-clock-hour practicum.
• Must hold Michigan Preliminary/School Psychologist certificates or full School Psychologist certificate per MDE.
• One year of successful school psychology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychological services and consultations to inform eligibility decisions and supports.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams and meetings with teachers, staff, and families.
• Administer and interpret standardized psychological and educational measures with clear summaries for teams.
• Develop, monitor, and adapt evidence-based interventions and behavior support plans.
