Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a School Psychologist. This role focuses on counseling students and families and supporting social-emotional development within a multi-tiered system of supports across the district.

You will collaborate with staff and families, participate in IEP development, and ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with timelines. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist per state bylaws required or eligible.
• Experience in pediatric mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to students and their parents.
• Participate in a multi-tiered system of supports for students with social/emotional/behavioral needs, including interdisciplinary meetings.
• Assist in initial IEP and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support social and emotional development.
• Maintain records and documentation following federal/state/local procedures and timelines.
• Develop and manage a schedule to ensure all required meetings and services are kept.
