Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in Aurora, CO is seeking a School Psychologist for full-time, school-based work. You will lead psychoeducational evaluations, assist IEP teams, and provide direct student support within CAS’s collaborative, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, eligibility determinations, counseling aligned with IEPs, and MTSS participation; ongoing professional development and bilingual assessment are supported.

Qualifications

• Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or doctoral degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Write legally defensible evaluation reports within required timelines.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary teams for annual reviews and triennial evaluations.
• Deliver individual and group counseling aligned with IEP goals; support crisis intervention.
• Partner with BCBAs to develop and monitor FBAs and BIPs; provide staff consultation.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with district/state/federal requirements.
