Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to support a PreK caseload in Delaware. The role emphasizes assessments, IEP development, counseling, and crisis response within a collaborative school culture.

You will work with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based interventions, document findings, and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid certification and/or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and supporting various student needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adaptability and organizational skills suited to the dynamic school setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for PreK students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service staff to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, counseling, and crisis response as needed
