Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, education or human development with completion of a 1200-hour internship in school psychology.
• Possession of a Maryland Educator Professional Certificate with School Psychologist endorsement or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with 504/IEP teams and conducting school-based assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Develops school-wide behavioral interventions and supports via school-based teams.
• Conducts psychological assessments of cognitive, behavioral, adaptive, social, emotional, and academic functioning.
• Collaborates with IEP teams to develop and review goals and services.
• Plans for students with special needs involving cultural and linguistic diversity and neuropsychological issues.
• Provides behavioral and mental health services including counseling and crisis response.
• Delivers professional learning to staff and parents to support achievement and positive behavior.
