Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a School Psychologist for on-site evaluations in Ashland, TN. You will perform cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments and collaborate with IEP teams to support student success plans.

You will complete documentation, write reports, and participate in eligibility meetings, with remote documentation flexibility where district policy permits. This role emphasizes evidence-based consultation within a clinically led team to drive

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to develop student success plans.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and participate in eligibility meetings (remote documentation where allowed).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in Tennessee
• Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP-approved or equivalent program
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP team processes

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to develop and support student success plans
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted by district)
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on service quality and student outcomes
