Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based role in Ashland, TN for the 26/27 school year. You will support a local district and help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

You will work with a clinically led team offering strong supervision, professional development, and a supportive network to ensure high-quality evaluations and IEP collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active School Psychologist license/credential valid in Tennessee
• Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from a NASP-approved or equivalent program
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP team processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations - including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to develop and support student success plans
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted by district)
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on service quality and student outcomes
