Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support our elementary campuses in Darien, Illinois for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on delivering high-quality psychological services, including assessments, intervention support, and collaboration within the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) framework. The ideal candidate is experienced with both initial and reevaluations and is passionate about student success. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct approximately 40 psychoeducational evaluations, including both initials and reevaluations
  • Support the MTSS process by consulting with educators, analyzing data, and recommending tiered interventions
  • Participate in IEP, MET, and other student support meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral needs
  • Write comprehensive reports and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
  • Provide culturally responsive services; bilingual skills are preferred

Qualifications

  • Valid Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) School Psychologist License
  • Masters, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Experience working in elementary school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with MTSS implementation and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive weekly pay: $40 $52 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
