Job summary

Cardinal McCloskey Community Services in New York is seeking a School Psychologist to support students emotionally, behaviorally, and academically within Catholic schools. You will work with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to provide counseling and contribute to special education processes.

You will engage in research and program development while promoting emotional wellness and resilience across school communities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in School Psychology required.
• Current NY State School Psychologist certification required.
• Experience with children with trauma histories preferred.
• Experience with classroom-wide evidence-based treatments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to students not receiving mandated services.
• Actively participate in the Committee on Special Education (CSE) process.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and clinicians to support student success.
• Contribute to research and program development initiatives.
• Promote emotional wellness and resilience across school communities.
