Job summary

AIM (Assessment Intervention Management) is seeking an experienced School Psychologist/LSSP to work as an independent contractor in Texas. You’ll lead evaluations, contribute to IEP development, and collaborate with educators, parents, and community agencies.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Active Texas LSSP licensure.
  • Experience in psychological assessment of children and adolescents (0–18).
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FIEs and REEDs for students (0–18) referred for special education evaluation.
  • Contribute evaluation findings to the development of IEPs.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies on intervention strategies.
  • Attend ARD committee meetings to support appropriate placement decisions.
  • Produce accurate, timely evaluation reports meeting district and state requirements.
  • Track and submit billable hours through QuickBooks.

COMPENSATION

SCOPE OF SERVICES

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Active Texas LSSP licensure
  • Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment of children and adolescents (0–18)
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

  • Skilled with standardized test instruments, diagnostic software, and special education management platforms
  • Strong, defensible report writing
