Job summary

ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a small, close-knit school district in Washington State to hire a School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year.

This role offers a collaborative, district-level setting where you will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEPs, and support MTSS and student services, with strong emphasis on individualized student support.

Qualifications

• Master's, Ed.S., or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Current or eligible Washington State ESA School Psychologist certification.
• Experience conducting school-based evaluations and assessments.
• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP processes, and special education compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Initial evaluations and reevaluations for special education eligibility.
• Participation in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Consultation with teachers, administrators, families, and special education staff.
• Behavioral assessment and intervention planning.
• MTSS and student intervention support.
• Compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
• Case management and documentation associated with evaluations and student services.
