  • Participate in multidisciplinary planning and decision-making at the student, classroom, and systems levels.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial and reevaluation multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and outside providers when appropriate.
Social-Emotional & Behavioral Support
  • Help educators develop effective classroom behavior-management strategies.
  • Support parents and caregivers with strategies that can be implemented at home.
  • Provide individual or group counseling support when appropriate.
  • Help identify students experiencing academic, behavioral, social, or emotional concerns.
  • Participate in screening and early-intervention efforts.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential student records.
  • Complete Medicaid/Fee-for-Service documentation as required.
  • Practice in accordance with professional and ethical standards for school psychology.
  • Apply current research and professional literature to service delivery and program development.
  • Participate in professional development and training.
  • Supervise eligible school psychology interns or practicum students when appropriate.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, families, and community partners.
  • Ability to analyze student data and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
