Qualifications

• American Red Cross Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR & AED certification.
• Ability to positively interact with the general public.
• Submission of PA School Personnel Health form.
• Current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearances.
• This position requires readiness to fulfill other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of swim participants.
• Work hours as scheduled.
• Submit completed time on time.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Act immediately to secure safety in emergencies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high customer service standards.
• All other duties as assigned and appropriate.
